- Februar 1st: Early bird team fee deadline
- March 22st: Registration deadline
- April 7th: Team fee payment deadline
- April 25th: Players fee registration and payment deadline
- May 18th: Open AND Women games start at 1.00 pm
- May 18th: Womens division showgame at 17.00 pm
- May 18th: Friday evening chill-out
- May 19th: Games start at 9.00 am
- May 19th: Open division showgame at 17.00 pm
- May 19th: Saturday night dinner and party
- May 20th: Womens final at 2.00 pm
- May 20th: Open final at 3.00 pm
- May 20th: Closing ceremony at 5.00 pm
- May 20th: WCU afterburner chill-out
