Registration/fees

Team fee: 430 euro
Players fee: 55 euro

Early bird team fee: 390 euro (before February 1st)

And yes – registration for 2012 is open!

Included in the fee:

• 2 x breakfast (saturday and sunday)
• 2 x lunch (saturday and sunday)
• 1 x dinner and party (saturday)
• Transportation between the fields and central Copenhagen
• Tea, coffee and fruit during the tournament
• Players/welcome package
• WCU love & surprices!

Payment deadlines

Early bird discount
Please register AND pay before February 1st to secure your early bird discount.

Team fee
Registration deadline is March 1st. Secure your spot by paying within deadline on March 15th. If we haven’t received payment your spot will go to a team on the waiting list.

Players fee
Deadline for players fee registration and payment is April 18th. Please register and pay for the correct number of players to ease our work organizing. We have a few extra spots for late add-on players – but no guarantees. Players fee late sign-up is +5 euro after April 18th.

Non-players

We have no cost-difference between spectators travelling with their team or regular players. You all enjoy the same food, bus, tent, party, players/welcome package etc. But we want you to bring your familiy and friends – which mean non-players only pay 45 euro.

Return policy

No returns on early bird signups. 50% return on normal team fee until April 1st. No returns on team fee after April 1st.

50% return on players fee cancellations until May 1st. No returns on players fee after May 1st.
